I have been a business owner/CEO for the past
eleven plus years. The organization grew from three people to fifty, from one 12 x 15 room to three locations totaling over 30,000 square feet, two production facilities, and in two cities. It was quite the ride. I didn't do it alone; it was a massive team effort. Many mistakes were made along the way, but they were far outnumbered by the successes. And I learned from it all.
